Blackjack
The rules of blackjack are simple. You are initially dealt two cards face up, and the dealer is dealt two cards, one face up and one face down. You play against the dealer and want the total of your cards to get as close to 21 as possible without going over, while still being higher than the dealer’s cards. You can take specific actions on your turn — you can hit, stand, split, double, or surrender, each of which changes the probability of winning.
Poker
As early as the 16th century, Germans played a bluffing game called “Pochen.” It later developed into a French version, called “Poque,” which was eventually brought over to New Orleans and played on the riverboats of the Mississippi. In the 1830s, the game was refined further and became known as Poker. During the Civil War, the key rule about drawing cards to improve one’s hand was added. Stud Poker appeared at about the same time. There is plenty of luck in Poker, but the game requires incredibly great skill as well, and each player is the master of their own fate.
Roulette
Roulette is the most famous and glamorous of casino games and no fun casino event would be complete without a Roulette table. Place a bet on a single number, odds 35 to 1, split two numbers, odds 17 to 1 or play the even chance bets, black, red, even, odd etc. Change your ‘fun’ money at the Roulette table and your croupier will give you coloured chips, everyone will usually have different coloured chips, this helps you quickly identify whether you are one of the winners.
Craps
Craps is a dice game where players bet on the outcome of a pair of dice rolls. The game is played at most casinos and is considered the main dice game in American casinos. Here are some of the rules of craps: The shooter: The player who rolls the dice is called the shooter. The come-out roll: The first roll of a new game is called the come-out roll. The point: If the come-out roll is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, that number becomes the point. The shooter must roll the point before rolling a 7. Winning: If the shooter rolls the point, they win. If the shooter rolls a 7 before the point, they lose. Losing: If the come-out roll is 2, 3, or 12, the shooter loses. This is called craps. Betting: Players can bet against each other or for "against the bank". The pass line is the most popular bet and pays one-to-one. Craps originated from the English game "Hazard," which became popular in French taverns in the 17th century. The name "craps" may come from the French word crapaud, which means "toad".

We have used Casinos Royale for years. Pete is one of the rare suppliers who not only delivers a high-quality product (far more Monte Carlo than Vegas) but truly understands the need for flexibility on events. Having suffered enough suppliers with a "Two hours is two hours, mate. Is not my fault they started late" attitude, it's a relief to know you've got Pete on the job. |
